We love to hear from you – but please remember we are a small company. We work in both the office and in the jungle, so sometimes our office is unoccupied. Furthermore Bukit Lawang is in a valley so we have connection problems from time to time. But we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible and answer your questions or take your bookings – at worst it will need 2 working days.

Additional Information
A minimum of 2 people (sometimes 3 or 4) is required to run most of our tours. Bookings for less than the mimimum group size will be charged at a higher rate based on the stated minimum size on our website. Currently our maximum group size for tours, trekking and transports is up to 7 people. Especially in low season you may sometimes be on your own.
